I'm not very happy right now and I want to share this with some of the other people that gave five stars. This company took the business over from A-1 service which I was never told about and yesterday my AC unit after being gone for 3 days and my wife calling me which I couldn't do anything cuz I was out of town because I'm a first responder I was angry because it was 98.6 in my home I have a son with asthma which that he could have heard him. I called the customer service number that was given to me by A1 service so I can get someone very fast to work on the AC instead I was told they don't work past 4:00pm. I called back again and I was told something different I was told that the company was no longer servicing Houston Texas after COVID-19, it was turned everything over to AirServ. I called the customer service number for AirServ spoke to a person and I explained to them my situation and as for someone to please call me back by 5:00 on Thursday Guess what no one ever call me that i

I sent a text that I needed to make an appointment the next day. I didn’t expect to hear from them until next day since it was a holiday. They replied to me within no time with different options. I would be at work until 3:30 and had and appointment at 4:45 and needed to leave by 4:30. Billy was there just a little before 3:30 and patiently waited for me to get home. They worked with me in a way to make it possible for me to afford the work needed. Billy was very professional and did the work in no time. He was done by 4:30.
