I know the issue is my thermostat. It is still within warranty. It will cost me $200+ to have your technician come over to inspect and replace it, but it will only cost me $100 to buy a new one and install it myself. What is the point to have a warranty? Not recommended.

Unfortunately for the 1st year of owning my home by Lennar (horrible builder) I was forced to use AirTeam to maintain the labor warranty on my system. Dealing with them was a nightmare that 2.5 years later is still being felt. During install they damaged the unit so badly the access door STILL will not stay on to this day. Ductwork is coming un-done and I've found they have left features unplugged because they couldn't get it working properly. I have sweating duct work & plenum, faulty fresh air supply & unbalanced airflow. Also, duct work was not suspended properly causing choke points that affect airflow and cooling to portions of my "energy efficient" home. During warranty work, AirTeam, Lennar and the field techs couldn't communicate for whatever reason so the work was never completed properly or at all. Please do yourself a favor and call ANYBODY else to take care of your HVAC. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair, Installation, HVAC duct & vent repair, HVAC duct & vent
