Having used OneCall several times in the past (Plumbing & A/C), they never failed us! Sunday noticed a leaking corroded pipe fitting (could burst at anytime) called and asked for 1st. appointment Monday morning. As usual they came through again! Received a call 8am, tech arrived 8:15am. Tech explained what needed to be done with the cost and the 1year warranty. Work was completed in a timely manner, explained the repair and cleaned up area. I would highly recommend OneCall for all your Plumbing and A/C needs!! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
After our home warranty company said that the a/c that we had been band-aiding for a year said it was time for expensive replacements. We didn’t particularly care for the invoice that company produced…seemed like some frivolous things had been added to pad the bill. So, we decided to seek a second opinion. Enter One Call Houston that was recommended by a neighbor. Rob came out to talk with us and look over the proposed work order, and made his recommendations. We took a few days to think over our options and ultimately decided to completely scrap our traditional unit for a brand new inverter system for our large home, based on Rob’s recommendations. While they partner with programs to offer convenient financing such an expensive purchase, we chose to bring our own funds. He got us set up for installation the next week on September 26. OneCall replaced my water heater in 2021. While I’ve had 1 or 2 small issues since then, one of them being a leak from the pipe fitting that I discovered this Christmas morning (due to cold weather), their customer service is one of the best I’ve seen and keeps me loyal to them. Bobby has come out during each time to come fix the issues and he explains what went wrong and what he will do to fix it. Being an existing customer, they are very quick to respond and send someone out.
