They are an exceptional company. Staff is friendly and their work is top notch. They are very timely and always available to help with your HVAC needs. I wouldn’t use anyone but Baker-Jones.
Baker Jones has time and time again displayed why they are one of the best HVAC businesses in all of Houston. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 9 years and have always been amazed by their great customer service and the quality of their work. They have done great work in the 2 houses that I’ve lived in. Every person I’ve recommended them to has also been incredibly satisfied. 5 stars, two thumbs up, 10/10!
The staff at Baker- Jones Air Conditioning are professional, and work quickly and efficiently. They came to our property, per appointment, the next day after calling in that our AC needed repairs. The technician was thorough in explaining what the problem was with our unit, as well as how he repaired it, and how to maintain the unit in its best condition.
