Pinnacle Electric

Very happy with the responsiveness of Pinnacle Electric. We lost power to half our house and the utility company didn't show any outages in our area, so we called Pinnacle Electric on late Sunday afternoon. James was quick to arrive, friendly, polite, and although he realized our issue ended up being on the utility companies side after all, while he was here he did a quick check of our panel and our fire and carbon monoxide detectors. I will definitely call Pinnacle Electric in the future should we have any electrical work at our house.

I called this company after seeing so many positive reviews, but now I'm convinced that they're all fake. I set up an appointment... the day of the appt, no call, no show. I called back to let them know... I had to reschedule 2 days later (they claimed they were booked, even though the no-show was thier mistake), again it happened, no call no show. Even worse, when I initially called for the appointment, they talked me into doing a contract for services, that was cancelable for 7 days. However, whenever I call to cancel, I get the run around... and I'm already 4 days into it, because of their not showing up! I feel like this company is a scam. Don't trust the positive reviews, they're likely fake.

John came within the hour of our call because he knew the noise was upsetting our dogs. He was very kind and understand when he figured out the beep was not related to the hard wired smoke detectors but our plug in CO2 alarm needed a new battery. He did give our smoke detector system maintenance to confirm each one was working correctly and there was not faults in our system. We appreciate his friendly and excellent service.
