I was having an outdoor patio extended off my garage and was in need of a roofing service that would help to make the house/garage roof flow with the new patio roof. Diversified went out of their way to show up on the day the patio contractors were installing the roof and worked together to replace the house/garage and the job looks seamless! Ben and his team were so professional and friendly! I got a roof scheduled and installed very quickly. Roof was done in one day! They removed old roof, replaced with a new roof, and left no mess or trash! In fact they left the property better than they found it. The work was done very well! I highly recommend! Edit: They responded to this review attempting to look like they wanted to rectify their breach of contract. Upon reaching out to them, they told us in no uncertain terms that the owners were not willing to make this right. Seriously avoid this corrupt company. They were paid to install a new roof. They, unbeknownst to me, never completed my roof. As a result, a leak, created black mold in my walls. I reached out to diversified, repeatedly for months. They refused to return my calls. I eventually submitted a complaint with the BBB. They still refused to complete my roof or pay for repairs. I am left paying out of pocket. My neighbors, also, used them and a portion of their porch ceiling collapsed, as a result, of an improperly installed roof. They are incompetent and lack integrity. Please avoid them at all cost.
