I was in a bind and Gilbert’s AC came through like true pros. This is a great bunch of professional, knowledgeable and really friendly folks that I would highly recommend. At the end of the day I went with a different provider because we’d worked together for 20 years. His price was a bit more expensive and if I hadn’t had years of two way loyalty, I’d be a Gilbert’s customer now. If you EVER have AC / Heat needs, start and end your research here

Great service, they were able to schedule my appointment quickly. Dropped off my equipment the day before. Installers were there first thing in the morning. They put down tarps so they wouldn't track in any dirt. Great to make sure they left everything as it was when they showed up. Sales rep was great as well. Gave me several options based on what I wanted for my system. Service: Installation
