Rising temperatures caused me to flip on the A/C for the first time this season. Unfortunately the lack of cool air indicated A/C problems. This means it's time to check under the sink (I keep business cards taped to the inside door of the kitchen sink cabinet of service companies I've been extremely pleased with). I explained that air was not cooling and the pipes coming to and from the outside compressor were not warm or cool to the touch. Henry said he'd start on the outside. Sure enough - the connector relay was burned (one lead had burned completely off).
