After 3 attempts with another air conditioner who only wanted $$. I told my home insurance company to switch with another company. I cannot praise on how well this company handles customer service. Michael (the rep) checked all 3 AC units outside, vents and attic to ensure what level of conditions each AC unit has left. Michael was extremely helpful explaining every detail and answered all my questions. Thank you for having him on your team!

The manager Cristina is amazing! She is quick to respond, extremely helpful, and ensures what we talked about is done and done on time! Everything we needed and talked about getting done, she made sure it was done and met and exceeded our expectations. They replaced our old units with new ones in less than one day and continue to service the units to ensure they stay in optimal condition and are working as designed!
