My son is a roofer in Oklahoma. He was not happy with the quotes and knowledge I was given from other roofing companies. He personally called and spoke with JC&C Roofing and asked some preliminary questions. He asked them to come give me a quote. From the first minute I met Christian, I was impressed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Because I know nothing about roofing, I had Christian talk on facetime with my son. My son asked him about everything and told Christian what to replace for me. He gave me 4 different quotes to choose from. He started the job the following Monday. Once they started putting my new shingles on, they discovered that my shingle was defective. Christian explained this to me and told me he has to find me different shingles. The manufacturer ended up upgrading my shingle to the more expensive shingle for no cost to us. Christian could have put the original shingle on and I would have not known it was defective. Since it was going to rain all week, they were able to quickly repair my roof so that my home was protected. They then provided options for when I am ready to replace my roof with the material of my choosing.
