Wedgeworth Plumbing

We have been very happy with Wedgeworth. Everything they've done for us (several recent projects) has been done correctly, at a fair price, and with a smile. Unlike many contractors, they're on time and they actually communicate. T.J. is a gem. We can, without hesitation, recommend them wholeheartedly.

Really bad experience. We had a leak in our kitchen island. They got the source wrong not just once but twice. They said it was the hot water, then when they came back they said maybe the cold water somewhere in our foundation. We were quoted over 13K to tunnel under our foundation in order to fix the leak and nothing else. While working on testing our system for the leak we lost water pressure, then we had water heater issues. They tried to fix the water heater issue and they were unable to do so. We cut our losses and got another comapny. Bascially they didn't find the leak and could not fox the water heater, And they charged us well over a $1000 We subsequently used another company Epic Plumbling who were very helpful. They recommended that we get American Leak Detection. ALD found the leak within 40 minutes. It was a hairline crack just in the kitchen island drain pipe above surface level. Wedgeworths eval made the situation worse as they initially told us we could continue to us

We've been customers of Wedgeworth Plumbing for a few years now and they have taken great care of us every time. TJ always provides exceptional service and is such a gem to work with. He and Richard came out today to do work in three of our bathrooms. They got us all taken care of and were so courteous and professional. So nice to know we can always count on first class service!
