ZERO STARS!!!! I was having trouble with pilot light. They lit it and turned the temp as high as it would go. This ended up scalding me!!! Temperature registered at 160 degrees. 2 days later pilot light was out again. Won’t use them again.

Unfortunately I was extremely dissatisfied with this company. Firstly I need to say my technician was stellar - very courteous, professional, and got the job done well and neatly collected the faulty parts for my disposal. However, the admin staff were less than satisfactory. I made an arrangement over the phone with a representative about 2 services that would be done and clearly agreed price, scheduled an appointment, and when the technician came he knew nothing about the second service and so I spoke with a (different) representative on the phone and she said only one service was included in the job and if they were to do two, I would have to pay extra. To my dismay, she said the rep that I spoke with to make the appointment was incorrect and gave me wrong information, and apart from that, there was nothing she could or would do for me. I felt cheated, and now only have one repair done instead of the originally agreed two repairs. Never using them again. Services: Plumbing lea

These are pure and simple rip-off artists!! They are in direct collusion with home warranty companies and they are over charging for services you don’t need. I needed a simple water heater replacement and they told me in addition to the covered cost of well over $1000 that they were going to have to charge me and additional $1500!!!! After exposing and catching them in a lie about the cost and the fact that they couldn’t provide me a detailed breakdown of all the cost i quickly opted out and cancelled my service with them Service: Water heater installation
