AC went out late in the day, made a call and they came out to diagnose and fix the AC quickly. Really appreciate the professional & fast service, especially when the summer heat is around the corner. Had an appointment for a simple gas connection. They called and said their master plumber had to perform the task, and he would call first thing next morning to schedule another appointment. Never called, so I called and was told he'd call me in 5 minutes. Two hours later he finally called. I described the job, and he said any of his plumbers could perform it - and he would look at the schedule and call me 'right back'. It's been two days and I still haven't heard from them. This is for a simple little 10 minute job! Luckily I called a reputable company, and they're on their way now. I do not recommend Turbo for anything, unless it's wasting your time.
