On a recommendation from a friend, I contacted M&M Roofing to come inspect the roof. Project Manager Chris Abel was very prompt in coming out, clearly explaining the materials & products they used and then getting a quote worked up quickly. I wound up using M&M to not only replace the roof, but my home’s original gutters and the builder grade windows as well. Chris and his team made sure the 3 jobs were completed as seamless and stress-free as possible! M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows did a great job on our townhome in Midtown. Christopher Manson was our contact/contractor- very happy with him. We went all out, ripped off most of our stucco and switched to the Hardie large panels that are stucco-like (to match our neighbors/HOA). They properly dealt with some rotted boards under our old stucco. Plus they installed new exterior doors, several new windows and a Trex deck. It was a large job with many variables, but M&M knocked it out- it's clear they had experience. I was also happy with their follow-up after the job, to make sure we were happy. They came back to our home to do a few touchups that we pointed out. I had a new roof and radiant barrier installed on a one story house. The roof looks beautiful and I have not had any issues. I did have one shingle on the garage that looked like it wasn’t sitting flush. I called M&M and they sent someone over. He fixed the shingle then walked my roof for about an hour to ensure everything was in order. The salesman Rick Shelton, is a stickler for details and extremely helpful. He’s cone to my house on two different occasions, after the roof install to help with issues I had. One from a major storm and another from squirrel damage. He performed repairs at no cost. After all work is complete, you’ll get a call from the owner to make sure you’re happy with the work. I’ve recommended M&M on several occasions and will continue to do so.
