A tree branch had grown over my home and damaged the roof below the branch. M&M Roofing came, gave me a very fair low cost estimate which I accepted. Then they returned (on time) and did the repair quickly and efficiently. After 43 years in this house, this was the best roofing repair experience I ever had. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, competence, and value. I have used them again to install roof turbines, and again, they did excellent work. I intend to remain a customer so long as they are in business. I have never written a review before, but I was so impressed with these people, that I am felt compelled to share my experience with you so you can avoid the many roofing scams out there. After waiting 9 months for a previous business I contracted with for my siding job with no materials or start date I cancelled my contract with that company. I looked for a local well established business in our area and contacted M&M Roofing & Siding. After speaking with their office they sent a representative out to give me a quote. I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me they had the materials available and could start the job within the week. Was also surprised at the quote as it was considerably less than the previous company plus they were able to do other small repairs to my home at the same time in addition to the siding. The crew was very impressive in how well they worked together. I feel that M&M Roofing and siding and their employees went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

We had some hurricane damage to a third floor balcony and siding as well as a need to replace our 20 year old roof. One of the companies we initially called told us the height of our roof was too much for their crew. Another refused to bid on the balcony repair. Chris Manson of M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows helped us break our job into two chunks that enabled us to financially get ‘er all done. Once the work started, Chris followed up everyday, usually with a box of donuts or kolaches for the crew, just to make sure everything was going according to plan. When it came time to replace our roof, Chris worked with our fellow HOA members so that we all adopted a similar color scheme (which was important to one of our neighbors) as well as reduced our ac bill (which was important to us).
