So disappointed. They were recommended to me but I called to price a damper and they want $89 to come look at it. I already know the problem but they wouldn’t even give me a ballpark number.

Communicated service options and everything as he was working to solve our problem. Replaced the capacitor, did a heavy purge on drain lines that were clogged, and I purchased a Care Club Maintenance Agreement to save on twice yearly checkups. The price for all of this was extremely reasonable and there was absolutely no push for me to buy. The offer was polite and clear on service I was purchasing.
