I worked with Doug for the extensive electrical overhaul of my home. Prices were very reasonable and way below the other quotes I received. Doug was very attentive to detail, spending time writing up every item in the quote/invoice. He found other issues in my home and took time to explain and show me what they were. He let me know pros and cons of each repair, since some were not necessary, but preferred for aesthetics. In summary, Doug was earnest, honest, and now knows my home’s electrical system inside and out. Funny enough, even with all of the cosmetic but nonurgent work, the total cost was STILL lower than another company’s quote for just the essentials. Thank you Mr. Electric!

Called them to do some diagnosis and electric repair in a rental property we own downtown Houston. The staff was so friendly and professional and they were able to go out same day. The tech kept me up to speed on everything he was doing and everything he found that needed repairing. He even waited patiently for me to get approval to go ahead with the repairs.
