Vernon was amazing! He was very polite and professional. He kept me updated on every step of the process and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. He showed me pictures and videos of the before and after process. I would highly recommend Vernon.
The technician we were assigned was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for more. It seems that the business assesses the complexity of each individual job to choose the right technician. He even advised on proper maintenance throughout the year to avoid issues in the future. Time must pass now to determine the consequences from this air conditioning experience. My family tried hard. One of us is a retired air conditioner.
DeAnthony Bennett was exceptional; wish great quality and great value were options instead of good because he was amazing! Went above and beyond in extreme heat temperatures and even took the time to show my children his findings on the camera! A pleasure to be around and such a nice and professional man!
