My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! I will never recommend them to anyone or ever use them myself. My appointment was rescheduled due to the needs of people who didn't have any A/c because I was only getting a tune up and I was fine with that. But when someone finally did show they called and I confirmed but he didn't show up for hours later. We was told he was going to get supplies but they sent him to another home and they didn't tell us until I called and asked where he was. When he gets there my camera shows him to be there less than 30 minutes. He did do what he should have becuase when i got there I saw how he left our exterior a/c unit dirty. So I called the next day and the lady who scheduled it apologized and got someone else to come out. On the next visit they called me a little after 8am and told me they would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. I was at home and by 11am almost 12 nobody had showed. The process started off ruff l, but Jeremy made it all better. He explain everything he was going to do and apologized for the service I had with dispatch. He stayed well into the night with his helper Noah and they brought my spirit back up considering the situation. He got us back in motion and with hot water in a days time, even left to get a part that some techs would have tried to come or wait the next day to do. He finished and tested everything and made sure my family was good to go.
