I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.
Edit: set up an appt, had a no call no show. Called back and left a message. Never heard back. They do good work but scheduling is terrible Had a bit of miscommunication on scheduling, but the rest of the service more than made up for it. Sal showed up early, quickly knew how to resolve the issue I had, gave me options, drove to get the part needed, and installed it within a few minutes. The biggest thing I look for is trust and On Time has it.
