Lee Thompson installed my new AC/heater unit. I cannot express how impressed I was with their service. Joe Salazar and Rob Cortez were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently and very meticulously to make sure that everything was precisely replaced and correct. They were friendly and knowledgeable, they stopped to explain everything they were doing during the entire process. They answered any questions I had during the install, they removed all the old equipment and cleaned up everything when they were finished. It was an extremely hot day (99-100 degrees) but they did not rush, they made sure everything was done right. They are top notch installers/technicians! I called The Lee Thompson Co this morning with a Problem with third Floor AC unit not working. Even though all technicians were out on service calls, Justin (GM), managed to send me a technician within the hour. The Technician (Art) was there until he got the unit up and running.
