I had questions about a repair Wired Electrical did at my home. An electrical panel box on the outside of my home was left open by their tech and parts from the box were on the ground a week after the job was completed. I called on Wednesday morning 01/11/2023 and asked if the technician could call me so I could address what needed to be done. After 48hrs of waiting for the call, I called back. Service manager Tommy eventually came online and made excuses for not returning my call and was very defensive and flip with me before I had an opportunity to tell him what my problem is. I’ve asked him to have his supervisor call me. I’m waiting for Wired Electric to assure me that their employee didn’t leave our home in an unsafe condition. Service: Electrical wiring installation
