Chuck replaced my water heater tanks with a sleek new tankless, and it’s been amazing. No more worrying about running out of hot water, inconsistent temps, or tanks flooding the attic because of a freeze! It’s working well, and Turbo even scheduled a free quality check today to make sure all’s well. Cristian R inspected the water heater system and assured me of what I already knew - water heater’s running like a dream. Now, when we originally checked out the water heater and got a quote for it, we had called primarily for a check on our hvac system, since we’d noticed water dripping out of the pipe in the soffit (this is the secondary drain - that mean’s the primary’s clogged if there’s dripping at the soffits). We were told that that furnace was running okay but that it really was a good idea to replace it. We opted not to in the meantime because other pricey renovations were being done.
