Called them to repair my old HVAC. They told me whole unit is too old to be repaired and needs to be replaced. Called someone else he just replaced broken capacitor and HVAC has been working fine for 3 months So if you have an old HVAC, they are just there to sell you a new one.

My Nest thermostat started showing e103 error. Going through online forums it seemed like it would be the "contactor" of the AC unit. I found HVAC Heroes online. They were prompt in responding and was able to book an appointment with them for the next day. Triston from HVAC texted me 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. He checked everything and concluded that it was contactor. This shows honesty. He did not try to upsell. Triston did his work quietly and efficiently. PLEASE READ for your benefit! A few days ago HVAC HEROES came to my house and charged me $69.95 to diagnose my ac issue. The guy (Chase) showed me several pictures of “my ac unit” and ended up telling me I had to pay $7,000 for several things that needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so I called EXPO. Twal Jubran from Expo called me and said he would take a look FOR FREE! He checked in the attic just like the guy from HVAC HEROES and found that the only thing needed was a new filter! He even sent me which filter to buy for my unit. He also informed me that the guy from HVAC Heroes did not even break the tape seal to check the system. So apparently Chase with HVAC Heroes showed me false images. Chase even had the audacity to text my wife and tell her we need to replace it soon or it will get worse, smdh!
