They installed a roof mounted basketball hoop and backboard. Very professional and great quality work!

I scheduled to meet at my house to get some repairs done and while I was working, my boyfriend went instead to meet up with the contractor. After 5-10 mins of being late, I called and was told the contractor was just now dropping off his daughter somewhere. I completely understand, however, I never recieved a call or anything that he would be late. Then he said he could still come but he was 30 mins away. It would've been to late bc we had to leave out of town, so I said I would call back. My first impression was this was unprofessional to schedule, be late and not communicate with a potential client. I have a feeling this would just continue, so I prefer to not look for further services with this company. The website and appointment email confirmation seemed professional, but sadly the service doesn't seem that way. Time management, please.
