I can't say enough about Westair. Their service team is top-notch in knowledge and walked me through the process of services and eventually replacing our furnace. When it was determined we needed a new unit, I felt no pressure but was confident the right decision was to purchase and install a new unit with Westair. Our furnace was replaced within 24 hours...which varies each season but I loved the quick turnaround. Our installation team was supported by our original service tech and was done within two hours.
