Bobby was a professional from beginning to end. He understood my concerns. Gave me good advise and I felt comfortable with him. My situation was unusual due to severance of my power cable from a neighbor. This resulted in a re-power in lieu of just a repair. I wanted it up to code and he appreciated that he did not have to explain to me the cons of trying to do a repair that would surely cause problems later. He expressed that it was never good to have to tell somebody the bad news but in the end its about safety. Bobby thank you for stepping up and confirming my suspicions of the outcome. Bobby thoroughly checked the box, determined it was very old and outdated. Recommended replacing. In the interim he was able to determine what caused the problem and corrected it. We asked for an estimate to move one ceiling fan from the living room to the bedroom. The light on the fan was not working but the fan was still working. The tech removed the outer cap and was tugging on the wires and couldn't determine what was keeping the lights from coming on. He put the cap back in place and then tried to turn the fan back on, it didn't come on and when my wife mentioned the fan was working before he got here he commented that we were having issues with it anyway and wouldn't try to fix the problem and just left. Very unprofessional. Then I called the main office asking to speak to a manager who never called me. Worst customer service we've ever seen
