Excellent service at reasonable prices. Every person that has been sent to my home has been with the company for many years! That speaks volumes. And, they aren't paid by commission like so many of the companies out there. The first couple of times they came out, it was because I was having issues with my a/c and I had to have a couple of repairs including a new fan. Now, I'm on a maintenance program and since I started that I haven't had any problems. They come out twice a year- before a/c season and before heater season. My a/c isn't new however, and I'm sure it'll eventually give out but I trust them to extend its life as long as possible. Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC

I had never used this company before but left a message on Monday and heard back a few hours later and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. I got a courtesy call that the technician was on his way (right on schedule) and he got to work. Denis figured out the interior problem but needed a part for the condenser. He made sure the interior unit was working so we would have heat last night and came back today to repair the condenser problem. He explained everything and was very professional. Will be using American A&H in the future. Service: Heating system repair
