Roof Royale

I’m a new homeowner, so I had zero idea what I needed to do to keep my roof safe. I got a knock on the door, I actually thought it was Mormon missionaries. It wasn’t though, it was this kid (his name was Tyler) from this company, and he offers me a free roof inspection! I took advantage of him and his offer and luckily my roof was in good shape. I’m Mormon, so it’s a close community at my Ward, I’ll be glad to refer Tyler and this company to my Brothers and Sisters if they need any repairs. Thanks Tyler, have a blessed day! I am so blessed to have had Tyler come knock on my door. My house was built in 2018. The winds in the area have gotten stronger. I have had shingles fly off multiple times a year, the last couple of years. I have contacted the original Roofers. They would come nail them shingles back down. I even put in a claim myself to get assistance in getting a new roof with my insurance company. However my house is too new for them to honor a new roof. Tyler knocked on my door one day after seeing shingles laying in my bushes and on the ground in front of my house. I have always been hesitant about door salesman. But he was so down to earth, well spoken, knowledgeable, and did a free walk through. He had taken pictures to show me how rushed the workers did when putting the initial roof on. Makes total sense since so many shingles had already flown off multiple times. Tyler assisted me in filing a new claim with my insurance. Very professional and honest company. Tony from Roof Royale worked with my insurance company, proving wind and hail damage. He got my claim approved. The roof was installed quickly.
