I ask Apex system to to repair my water heater They were very responsive and was able to get the work done within few hours.But charge me very high with the work of just over 2 hr. They charge me in labour $450. I communicate with Natahn, but next day when I checked the water heater cover for wires and propane pipe was left open. And there was damage to the water heater. This is unacceptable . When I called again they come Back and fixed it. But I am sure the work was not done by professional and quality was poor. Updates 4/24/2024 1.43 pm Mr Nathan called me after 2 start review and was very upset with me because Of the review. He also told me not to use Apex anymore. I agree with him will not use them again. After that he sent text, saying some people can’t be satisfied and so on… as well until I told him to stop. Update 7th May 2022. After 2 week the my water heater had issues again.
