SALT Customer Service was extremely accommodating and responsive in scheduling my service call. I called them on a Friday afternoon with a time-sensitive issue and they were able to get me in on Monday. Kudos! I’d like to thank Austin P., the Licensed Electrician who made the service call for his expertise, professionalism and honesty. It was a pleasure working with him. Miguel was the technician for a recent service call. He found several issues with both AC systems. He explained both the problems and remedies in clear not too technical terms with photos before and after the repairs. Miguel was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Never had a bad experience with Salt and the recent service call was no different.

Marquis came out to do several home electrical updates and install an electric vehicle charger. Despite my house's less than ideal layout, he found a solution and got it all done as quoted. They offered a newer option to tie into my overbuilt sub-panel with a load shed system. I can't recommend SALT more if all their technicians and specialists are as diligent and professional as Marquis was.
