Recently, I contacted them to fix a persistent electrical issue in my home, and I must say, they did an outstanding job. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very courteous and professional throughout the process. They were very knowledgeable and quickly identified the root cause of the problem. Miguel was the technician for a recent service call. He found several issues with both AC systems. He explained both the problems and remedies in clear not too technical terms with photos before and after the repairs. Miguel was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Never had a bad experience with Salt and the recent service call was no different.

SALT Customer Service was extremely accommodating and responsive in scheduling my service call. I called them on a Friday afternoon with a time-sensitive issue and they were able to get me in on Monday. Kudos! I’d like to thank Austin P., the Licensed Electrician who made the service call for his expertise, professionalism and honesty. It was a pleasure working with him.
