Doug has replaced multiple hail damaged roofs for me and I have always referred him to others. Each time all parties involved have been very pleased. His crew works fast and are very friendly. I'm sure I'll have more hail damage in the future and when I do I will be calling them back.

Doug and his team were spectacular. He went out of his way (coming down to Kyle, TX) to show up at my home when my insurance adjuster and inspectors came by looking at the storm damage to my house. When the insurance company said they would not pay anything, Doug looked over the documents we received from the insurance company. He was able to explain what items meant from the insurance company and helped me argue my claim. We were able to get the new roof paid for through the insurance claim. The roof that was installed looks amazing and has a warranty that lasts. We feel that the Austin Roof Doctor is the only team you should be using for new installations and repairs to your roof.
