Doug and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He was helpful with the insurance claim, accurate with the estimate, punctual on the installation, and his team was quick and skillful. The cleanup was immaculate. From start to finish--a star performance!

Doug and his team were spectacular. He went out of his way (coming down to Kyle, TX) to show up at my home when my insurance adjuster and inspectors came by looking at the storm damage to my house. When the insurance company said they would not pay anything, Doug looked over the documents we received from the insurance company. He was able to explain what items meant from the insurance company and helped me argue my claim. We were able to get the new roof paid for through the insurance claim. The roof that was installed looks amazing and has a warranty that lasts. We feel that the Austin Roof Doctor is the only team you should be using for new installations and repairs to your roof. Doug spent time to explain my options and provided recommendations. There was no pressure. I constantly reached out to him with questions, and he was very responsive. He helped me on other projects I had that helped me tremendously by referring teams that could help. Additionally, my work kept me busy right up to the holidays and Doug was patient and very supportive on helping me stay informed and make the best decision.
