I had a great experience with The Austin Roof Doctor. Doug is an honest person with great attention to detail. He really knows his business and was and excellent ally while working with my insurance company. His crew was fast, friendly, and did superior work on the roof and cleanup.
Doug and his crew are knowledgeable professionals and went the extra mile to work with the insurance company directly to provide the best possible quality of service. On the day of, his crew were prompt and attentive to detail in every aspect from placing shingles to cleaning up afterwards. The only negative aspect in the process was the project being delayed due to supply chain issues. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my experience!
Doug and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He was helpful with the insurance claim, accurate with the estimate, punctual on the installation, and his team was quick and skillful. The cleanup was immaculate. From start to finish--a star performance!
