Doug and his crew are knowledgeable professionals and went the extra mile to work with the insurance company directly to provide the best possible quality of service. On the day of, his crew were prompt and attentive to detail in every aspect from placing shingles to cleaning up afterwards. The only negative aspect in the process was the project being delayed due to supply chain issues. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my experience!

Doug and his team were spectacular. He went out of his way (coming down to Kyle, TX) to show up at my home when my insurance adjuster and inspectors came by looking at the storm damage to my house. When the insurance company said they would not pay anything, Doug looked over the documents we received from the insurance company. He was able to explain what items meant from the insurance company and helped me argue my claim. We were able to get the new roof paid for through the insurance claim. The roof that was installed looks amazing and has a warranty that lasts. We feel that the Austin Roof Doctor is the only team you should be using for new installations and repairs to your roof.
