911 did an excellent job. We had started with one company to identify and get rid of the mold, however they were unresponsive and did not call back to explain their quote. 911 came and quickly assessed what was needed, gave us a fair quote and did the job as scheduled! The project manager and team were so professional and quickly did the job. They called and came as promised. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend 911!

Our roof was damaged during a storm in September 2022 when tree limb fell through our roof and punctured it all the way inside one of my kids' room. We had never had to deal with anything like this before so while we were panicking trying to figure out what to do and/or who to call on a holiday weekend, one of my friends recommended 911 Exteriors. I gave them a call and Ash and his team came to us within a matter of maybe an hour. They jumped up on the roof and quickly removed the tree, tarped my roof, and installed fans in my house to help with the moisture. Soon after, I contacted my insurance company for the damage and was given the run around, gaslit, and overall taken advantage of from the very beginning. The insurance company wanted to do the very minimum and essentially not repair the entirety of the damage my home suffered.
