Mark Ondras Plumbing

UPDATED: We wasted 3 weeks waiting for a quote on additional work (moving pipes adding whole home shutoff). We kept following up and they said it was coming. Their "you'll have it no later than date" is now almost a week past. Sadly, they must be too busy to be a dependable go-to company now. ORIGINAL: Thank you everyone that recommended Mark, and thank you Mark for living up to all the compliments! We had a home warranty plumbing company try to up-sell us to almost DOUBLE what Mark charged. We chose to cash out with the warranty company to have Mark do the job. We couldn't be more pleased. His team was responsive, professional, honest, and his prices are extremely reasonable. He replaced our hot water heater, got us up to code, and running quickly. We whole-heartedly recommend his company.

This was my first time working with Mark Ondras Plumbing. I called them at 4:30pm on a Wednesday, and they had a professional knocking on my door around 5:45pm. Kevin showed up and he was very nice. He made quick work of my stopped up tub. He walked out of the door around 6:20pm. He was polite and efficient. Everything was TOP NOTCH. If I ever need help with a plumbing issue, my first call will be to Mark Ondras. Outstanding.

Mark Ondras sold the business and the new owners are way over priced. I cannot recommend this company anymore. UPDATE: The person who wrote the reply to my review stated that he is Mark Ondras and that he never worked on my plumbing. This person is obviously lying. If need be I'll post the invoice here and the voicemail from Mark saying he sold his plumbing business. Given the fact that they are lying, use them at your own risk. To the person pretending to be Mark, simply check your old invoices for my name and phone number. Call me and I'd be happy to set you straight.
