A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating Service Brad Nevil

My parents used this business when it belonged to Brad Nevil's father. Now I use Brad Nevil/A1 Air Conditioning for ALL my A/C Heating needs. I hired them to rebuild the entire system for the entire house and I am already saving money. I'm amazed at how clean and good it looks up in my attic! Not only is it organized and sealed well, it looks good from inside the house and pumps out LOTS of cool air in the summer, right where we need it! I have observed other HVAC companies technicians calling Brad Nevil to help them solve their problems. Of course he started working with his Dad when he was only 14 years old, and now he's in his 50's and still going strong. This company, and the Nevil family that runs it, is the best there is.

We give A #1 Air mixed reviews. It is something very hard to work with those who man the phones. They came through in the end, but we didn't get all we paid for. My strong advice is, get what happens AND what did not happen in writing. I mean, we had the perfect situation for error; we had no idea the visit was scheduled so when a tech came, we wanted to reschedule. We let that kid walk away without doing the work and we didn't sign anything. The service went into the record as having been done! With that as the case, I asked them to see for themselves duing a subsequent service call that happened while I was at work. They did something, but not the ideal. Perfect!

We called A-1 and the very next morning Nate came out . He throughly check my a/c units give me a quote to fix it . I had an system still running R22 which is a pain in the neck . I wanted to switch over and he told me he'd have a salesman man out to me later that day. Matt from sales showed up promptly at 5 pm he gave a quote . He really went above and beyond to get me a great price and right system for my home . He was very straightforward and trustworthy. He did the extra leg work to check and make sure there would be no problem. The very next morning Dave the Installation technician and crew was here to install my brand new a/c. Dave was fast and efficient . They worked hard,cleaned up and was gone by 3pm. I had cool air and no more worries. So a big thank too Nate ,Dave and his crew and especially Matt who even on his off day helped me , with something else I wanted to get install !! I will definitely use A-1 again.
