Life Savers! I was happy to do business with 2D Plumbing & Mechanical. Sam was great!. They arrived on time, completed repairs in a timely matter, and shared a couple of tips! Definitely recommending to friends and family.
Over the weekend I detected a leak under the kitchen sink. It turned out worse than just a minimal leak which is incredibly frustrating since I wasn't able to use the sink and dishwasher. I was stressed but luckily 2D once again alleviated my stress and worries. I sent a request Sunday afternoon and got a response first thing Monday morning. They had a true critical issue with another customer (flooding I believe) and completed that job and immediately came to fix mine. These folks were knowledgeable, patient and efficient. They arrived, surveyed issue and had proper parts to fix and concluded their work within a couple hours. They have all my plumbing business from here on out! I tried 2 days several calls to confirm the time got only a record msg no call back. When they showed up I had already got service elsewhere
