This company is a absolute keeper. Joe is fast and very honest. This guy will show you step by step on what he is doing and will also show you what your not doing. I showed me the neglect I was doing by changing the air filter once monthly with the pets I have. Also showed me how to properly spray the unit outside. If your looking for a superb hvac company American Air Custom is the way to go! Thank you again Superman Joe! You bailed us out again!
American Air-Customs is awesome and I would highly recommend them! We found them through Angi’s and they responded to our request for an estimate immediately. Once we hired them to do the work, they communicated with us every step of the way and even came out late in the day to make the AC repair to save us another night in a hotel! At first, he was telling me that everything was working. I kept telling him that there were no way, because it would not get cool at all. Finally, he said he had to replaced a part. Also, he said I did have a Maintenance Agreement. Then Why am I paying for 3 more?
