Our AC went out and the unit is 29 years old, I called and they were out very quickly and had it fixed. The next week my wife and I were talking that maybe we should go ahead and replace our unit. Once again they were quick to respond and had a very fair price. My neighbor is now calling them to when he needs repairs. I've been a customer of American Air Customs, for a few years. Best decision, I ever made! It's family owned & operated, with a sincere desire to help their customers. They take pride in their company & it's an excellent reflection, that we don't see often today.
I received a very competive qoute on Friday and the entire system was installed before noon the next day. The entire installation crew did an excellent job installing the system and Joe was supervising the entire job and did a complete walk through with us after the job was finished.
