ARS/Rescue Rooter - Dallas/Fort Worth HVAC

I had an excellent experience today with ARS/Rescue Rooter. I called them this morning because our AC has been unable to keep up with these high temperatures and I thought the unit might need a tune up. I was able to book an appointment the same day and was updated on the exact time the technician would arrive (within the window). Anti Juan arrived right on schedule, cleaned our AC unit, replaced a broken fan, and added coolant. With each item, he came in and explained what needed to be done and the cost before proceeding. We were very pleased with the professionalism and prompt service. Our AC is now working much better! We decided to enroll in the maintenance program and they will come out twice a year and do a tune up on our unit for no cost. Service: A/C system maintenance

Called them out to fix my AC. Paul our repair was very unprofessional on the phone. When he finally showed up we got quoted for $550. Had to pay $400 cash up front because apparently his card reader wasn’t working. And he wouldn’t take a check. The other $150 would be paid today when the ac repair was done. When he got done with the repair he said the total for today was $559. Saying that we were wrong about the price being $150. And he said $559. Which he never did. My sincere thanks to Dan Bennett for resolving my HVAC issue. He has turned what was a major headache for me into a very pleasant experience. Dan went out of his way by working with his manager and vendors to get a great resolution to my problem. He is a man of his word and follows through with what he says. I would also like to thank the technicians who completed the work. They were knowledgeable, competent, and left the work site better than they found it.
