ARS/Rescue Rooter - Dallas/Fort Worth HVAC

Although the service technician was delayed by several hours. I am grateful for who eventually provided service. Ward was courteous and kept me informed of everything that he was doing and provided education regarding my units and the need for the cleaning of the unit given all of the cottonwood that we have floating about. I Appreciated his level of professionalism and The education he provided. I have the monthly plan and it covered the service that was provided. I would highly recommend ARS and their monthly plan as it offers great coverage and even better benefits.

Our 20+ year AC went out the day before Labor Day. Called ARS in the middle of the night and they promptly returned my call. Was hoping to make it through the summer in Texas heat without having to replace the unit. They dispatched a service technician early on the morning of the holiday. He repaired the old unit but since it was so old and already not cooling as it should, we decided to consider replacing the unit. ARS Salesman Kevin came out on the holiday and discussed options. He was professional, answered all our questions and was not pushy. We selected a new HVAC and it was installed the following day. I would recommend ARS. Services: Installation, Install thermostat

I have had exceptional service with ARS since 2017. The technicians and installers have exemplified great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful to me. I have recommended them to several people. I have had wonderful success with ARS for my HVAC unit. Wade came out today for regular maintenance and he was great.
