The company also came out and gave me an estimate, for free. I called about 5 other places to try to compare prices— No other company has this level of exceptional customer service or honesty. We called this plumbing company when our HVAC drain got blocked. They were quick to send a technician who got the drain unblocked easily. However, a leak cropped up near the P-trap during the process. The technician tried to fix it, but told us a plumber would need to do the job. We had already spent $260 for the drain service, but were surprised when the plumber quoted an additional $600 to fix the leak. We felt that the cost was too high and decided to look elsewhere for help. So, we didn't end up having the best experience with this company.
