C.H.A. Roofing

At first everything seemed OK, but, thankfully my wife had the presence of mind to check this company out before agreeing to any repairs. Turns out the owner of CHA Roofing is an ex-con who did hard time for fraud and is notorious today for stiffing his independent contractors (ie: door to door salesmen and canvassers), and not reimbursing work related expenses as promised (business cards, 14' ladder, cookie packages gifted to insurance and real estate agencies on CHA Roofing's behalf). Given the background, unethical behavior is not surprising. Save yourself a lot of risk and aggravation and avoid this outfit like the plague. Our roof install was completed yesterday here in NOC. The crew was extremely professional and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Our sales rep, Anthony Lopez, was extremely professional, a great help in getting through , what can be a tedious project and is an asset to his company and the industry/profession. I had an inspection done by Daniel Allyn. He was great and explained that I didn't have any damage. It is nice to know even though I didn't need their help, the salesman was friendly and honest.
