I was getting ready to call someone who had previously provided me with a quote. He wasn’t someone I wanted to go with, be he seemed to be the most reliable at the time. Then I noticed a facebook post. It wasn’t over the top, but just enough to get your attention. From the moment I first spoke with him, he was very professional. That’s important when you hire someone. My husband and I were running into the same issue. Either we found good workers with zero customer service, or workers who had good customer service but couldn’t get the job done. Jordan has it all, and he doesn’t leave until the work is up to your satisfaction. He doesn’t “ghost you” and keeps in contact at all times. It has been a pleasure meeting Jordan. He was referred just last week to replace Sheetrock that had been cut into to get to a plumbing leak and he did such a good job that I hired him to comeback today to rehang a tv that was moved to a different wall along with hanging numerous large pictures.
