I & F Handyman Irving

Making excuses why they weren't there or able to come. Don't waste your time calling for a handyman.

I booked an appointment with this company because of the great reviews. I was scheduled with a two hour window for someone to come by and provide and estimate and potentially do the service, but no one showed up. My time was slotted for 11-1. I started calling at 1 to let them know I hadn’t seen anyone and was told they would check in with the technician and he would be calling me back. No one ever called. I called about 6 times between 1:00-4:00pm and was told each time they were trying to get ahold of him and that this never happens. They told me I could reschedule for this morning and someone would be out between 9:00-11:00am. I was a littler weary, but was assured someone would show up. I waited the two hours this morning and then called at 11:30am. I was once again told someone would be coming and that they would call me. They were polite and apologetic, but just kept telling me they didn’t know what was happening and that this hasn’t happened to anyone else. Very weird and a wast
