Guys went out of their way to honor a labor warranty and made sure we out here in the Westoplex (Runaway Bay) have great service. They even handed off the service contract to a “competitor” due to them being closer. Very impressed!
Nelson was incredibly polite and completed the work quickly, getting our units running again and really well cleaned within an hour. He completed a fast dual-stage capacitor swap, cleaned both compressors, and performed an inspection of our second system with an honest assessment that the capacitor on that side was in good shape.
