I am highly recommending Roofmark Roofing for residential roofing projects. They were attentive, professional, efficient and provided a quality product. My experience started with the inspection which was done via drone with photos and recommendations. They were aware of and cited a storm which most likely caused the damage and provided evidence to my insurance company for review. That is where the problem started as my homeowner insurance provider refused to acknowledge the need for a full roof replacement. Roofmark was outstanding working with a second insurance provided inspector who also denied my claim,. That is when Roofmarks called my attention to a clause that is a part of Texas homeowner insurance policies which is a provision for arbitration using 2 independent inspectors. Be warned you have to pay for your inspector but the Insurance company has to pay for their inspector. I elected to go with Roofmark's recommendation to try arbitration. The insurance company abide
