Great service. They called to confirm appointment. They showed up when they said they would. The total price matched the quoted price. Highly recommend Jacob and the team at Becks.
I appreciate the work I had done today by Beck's plumber, Jacob. He was very kind and efficient. He came with a mask after I had expressed to the receptionist, Carol, my desire to have him wear one and that I had a cloth mask I made if he did not have one. I am over 60 so I have been very cautious and have been social distancing as much as possible because of Caronavirus. Our old toilet turn off was leaking, and the handle and flapper were having problems. Jacob replaced the turn off, handle and flapper and did a great job. I would happily use them again.
I like everything about Becks. They have helped everytime I called them.
