I appreciate the work I had done today by Beck's plumber, Jacob. He was very kind and efficient. He came with a mask after I had expressed to the receptionist, Carol, my desire to have him wear one and that I had a cloth mask I made if he did not have one. I am over 60 so I have been very cautious and have been social distancing as much as possible because of Caronavirus. Our old toilet turn off was leaking, and the handle and flapper were having problems. Jacob replaced the turn off, handle and flapper and did a great job. I would happily use them again.

Texas Winter Storm left us with no electricity and busted pipes. Knowing plumbers would be overwhelmed with house calls we waited patiently for our turn. We went from having one leak to multiple leaks within our home. Kelli, Carol, Jacob and Cody helped my family in the most stressful moments.
