Called on Sunday afternoon late due to my fan motor on the outside condenser unit was not working. Asked them if they could come the next morning and they were there by 0930. They fixed the issue and had me up and running in an hour. Very professional and did a great job. Will definitely use them again if needed
Saturday afternoon and the A/C quit. I was afraid we would have to endure the summer heat before we could even schedule a servIce call on Monday. Pepper Air came to our rescue and got us going in very short order. Placed a call at 4:30pm and Neil (the service technician) was at our door 1.5 hours later. The house was just beginning to warm up. He had the problem diagnosed and the replacement part installed in minutes. So very happy! Service: A/C system repair
