We had a water pipe busted. I called a few people and Capital Care Plumbing was the only one who responded promptly and came to the scene in 30 minutes. My wife was in a panic and our tenant was stressed out. They came and fixed the pipe. Talked to my wife over the phone and calmed her down. Also, when the insurance adjuster gave us hard time about the plumber report. James answered my wife's call while he was on vacation. He helped us to deal with the adjuster immediately.
