Nothing worse than a backed up shower drain right before the weekend. Bobby with Capital Care Plumbing came out that evening across town, through heavy traffic and fixed our issue. What I liked most was the time spent when he could have just called it a night, then the diligence in running tests after, checking to ensure the problem was truly resolved and not just pushed farther down the line.
