Washington A/C & Heating LLC

Edited in response to the owners response- Poor poor poor customer service, their technician Walt, completed his work and asked me to pay the invoice. He wanted to charge me a fee to haul away the old compressor, I asked him to leave it and I would take care of the disposal, to help me save $80. His response was ”I have to make a dollar some how” which is frustrating because I know the home warranty company compensated for the job. That’s when he insisted that I pay the invoice at the moment, I was in the middle of yard maintenance and told him I would pay it the second I was done. Walt proceeded to pull the fuse to my A/C system leaving my wife and son inside with out air. Then he said once you pay the invoice then you’ll get your air back. I didn’t appreciate his attitude or holding my AC system “hostage” when I told him I would pay. So I quickly paid it on my phone thinking that would resolve the issue, nope Walt sat in his truck for 10 minutes then approached me and asked/demanded

Bro I'm a Mechanic of 25yrs+ I have no interest in HVAC but I'am a big fan of excellent craftsmanship & integrity which you demonstrate with the highest level commitment and gratitude. Thank you sir, I’m a subscriber and a student of doing it right for the home team. ✊????
