I had an emergency and the nice lady was able to get a same day appointment. Once Kyle arrived within a few hours, he was very informative about my electrician problem and fixed same day. Excellent customer service and I would absolutely utilize their services again!

We had a great experience with a tech named John a year and a half ago. They said he would come today, But at the last minute they said he couldn’t make it, so they sent Jeremy instead. Jeremy wanted $280 to replace a GFCI plug that costs less than $20 at Home Depot, and would have taken less than 5 minutes to install. I could do that myself. I wanted him to check on the wiring to see why it was tripping a lot, but that would be an additional $500+. Not gonna pay $800+ to fix one outlet.

Justin T was amazing! He was a total professional and incredibly patient with all of our questions. He took serious time to walk through every detail and helped do a safety inspection to make sure our home was up to code after a remodel. The company was open when I called late last night and they had someone at my house the next day. Highly recommend this service. I will need a lot more work done and they offer payment plans for big jobs. Wish is great because I will be using them again.
