Joshua arrived on time and was extremely courteous. That was a great start!! Very thorough checking my panel with an explanation of what he was doing - very patient with all of my questions. The problem ended up being less of an issue than I thought. I opened the discussion on replacing my electrical box. My home is 30+ and I recognize it is time. He put together three bids and ran through them with me. I feel certain we will continue business with him and have it done soon. I will definitely be requesting that Joshua work on the project. Justin was knowledgeable and professional in his work. He diagnosed my electrical issue and got me back up running in a couple of hours. Also double checked work that I had done to insure our whole system was safe and more reliable. Gave helpful suggestions regarding the age and status of our original breaker box and helped evaluate updating 25 year old systems that could more likely fail as did this one significant breaker. Justin was a really confident electrician yet treated his customers respectfully. He didn’t have the specific breaker in his truck but used an available, “oversized” pool pump breaker to get us going. He (Mister Sparky) pushed a little on the system upgrade and that was so pricey it required further planning and evaluation. They did leave we a detailed estimate for future consideration. Justin T was amazing! He was a total professional and incredibly patient with all of our questions. He took serious time to walk through every detail and helped do a safety inspection to make sure our home was up to code after a remodel. The company was open when I called late last night and they had someone at my house the next day. Highly recommend this service. I will need a lot more work done and they offer payment plans for big jobs. Wish is great because I will be using them again.
