Did a great job explaining the issue and options to resolve, this approach ensured I was part of the process and gave me full understanding so I can make informed decisions. Met Plumbing installed my new gas water heaters one year ago. They came out today for my annual water heater flush. Ryan Fischer was the technician. Ryan arrived on time and was courteous, polite and professional during the entire service call. The plumbers at Met are competent and reliable.
