I set up an appointment with West Houston electric and after a couple of days, Brian and Christian came out to look at my potential projects. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the tasks. I needed to install two electric outlets in two of my bathrooms (to then install a smart toilet) and a surge protector for the whole home. After inspecting, I was surprised they could do everything that very afternoon—which was a great help to my scheduling. After a few hours, the job was done and off they went. I’m very satisfied with the work and service and will definitely call West Houston electric for all my electric needs in the future. EDIT: 08/30/23 I called West Houston again to help me install a fanimation ceiling fan. Theo was great and was super friendly and professional. Roland Bowes...was my service technician. What an awesome, polite, professional young man. Roland was very thorough and knowledgeable about completing the job. He explained clearly about the issues I had and how it was going to be handle. I appreciated his knowledge. Theo is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service workers we have ever encountered. He arrived on time and was attuned to discovering what our needs were. He saved us some money by repairing a minor problem and letting us know we did not have to replace one ceiling fan. Theo installed two ceiling fans on our patio in record time and showed us all of its features. Upon completion, he made a courtesy inspection of our AC unit, smoke detectors, and breaker box. He also gave recommendations on improvement options for the future. He also provided us pictures of what he was going to work on and pictures of what he completed at the end of his job. Theo provided a sense of comfort by letting us know the unknown and how we could correct things before they became problems in the future. He earned our trust. Service: Light fixture repair
