Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Heating

While no one likes having to deal with A/C issues, Mid-Cities Air Conditioning makes it about as painless as can be. We've had nothing but positive experiences with them over the years, as their quality, pricing, and service have always been exceptional. In particular, Jonathan (who has serviced our system on multiple occasions) is extremely professional. He always takes the time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain the situation honestly to the homeowner, giving a completely trustworthy assessment rather than simply trying to upsell you on services that aren't necessary. This is the only company we'll trust with our A/C related needs going forward!

I called due to my outside unit being dead. It was Thursday evening. They had someone out by 8am Friday morning. The technician was very professional and explained everything so I could understand it. I appreciated the service.

The Trane system MCA sold and installed in our home has given us numerous problems each summer since we first purchased it over 3 years ago. However, it turns out to be a known manufacturer issue on a product that has since been discontinued. Jonathan (our wonderful technician who has been with us since the beginning of our relationship with MCA) has gotten Trane to agree to completely replace the entire system at no cost to us WITH an upgrade to a more energy efficient system! MCAs entire staff has been completely professional, is always responsive, and has absolutely shown the best quality service we've ever experienced in the home repair industry since becoming homeowners 14 years ago. Every business could take a lesson from MCA on how to treat the customer right! A special shout out to Jonathan the service technician for his honesty, loyalty, and integrity throughout the years - someone needs to give this man an award... He is one in a million!
