Outside AC unit stopped working at midnight. Scheduled appointment online at 2am and technician showed up by 830 that morning. We've had 20+ days of over 100 Temps and we are very thankful that Mid Cities was so responsive. Technician was polite, professional and able diagnose the issue as a capacitor which he replaced and the house started cooling before he left 30 min later!
Jonathan was awesome! Originally I filed through my warranty but the company they use had terrible reviews. Mid-Cities on the other hand had great reviews and the service fee was less than the warranty company. They were responsive, on time, and very professional. Nick came out within 20 mins. Was AMAZING checking everything out for me. Walked me through how to clean and maintain my AC system to prolong its life expectancy. Answered every question I had and was extremely professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend him and Mid-Cities air conditioning to anyone.
